Join us at our sister restaurant Labombe, in the private dining room, for an intimate five-course dinner with Richard Geoffroy, the iconic former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon and producer of some of the finest Champagnes of the last 30 years.
What happens when a master of Champagne—skilled in the art of blending and assemblage—sets out to create something entirely different? Thus, IWA Sake was born: a union of centuries of Japanese tradition and knowledge, combined with a lifetime’s experience at the forefront of the most storied name in Champagne. The result is some of the most precise, exciting, and gastronomic sake on the market today.
This is a rare opportunity to experience a five-course menu in the intimate setting of Labombe’s private dining room, alongside one of the most storied, knowledgeable, and accomplished figures in the world of drinks. View menu.
