Join Marco Rinaldi in the Green Room at 19.00 for an intimate evening celebrating Piedmont’s culinary and wine heritage. Born in Alba, Marco will guide guests through a personal journey of discovery, pairing regional dishes with a curated selection of Piedmontese wines. Through each pairing, he will share stories of family traditions, vineyard life, and the cultural history that has shaped the region’s extraordinary food and wine culture.
