We welcome reservations for lunch and dinner parties of up to 6 guests.

Wines of Turkey

Wine production in Turkey dates back thousands of years, making it one of the world’s oldest wine-producing regions. Positioned at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Anatolia has long been a cradle of viticulture, where ancient civilisations cultivated vines across a rich and varied landscape. Despite this deep-rooted heritage, modern Turkish wine has only recently begun to re-emerge on the international stage.
Today, a new generation of producers is rediscovering and celebrating indigenous grape varieties such as Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, and Narince. These wines express the diversity of Turkey’s terroirs—from the continental plains of Eastern Anatolia to the maritime influences of the Aegean coast—resulting in bottles that balance freshness, structure, and vibrant fruit with a strong sense of place.
Join Isa Bal in the Mustard Room at 19.00 for an evening of Turkish cuisine paired with a carefully curated selection of Turkish wines. Born in Turkey, Isa will take guests on a deeply personal journey—sharing not only his expertise, but stories, memories, and connections that have shaped his understanding of the country’s food and wine. Through each pairing, he will offer a rare glimpse into Turkey’s rich culinary heritage, brought to life through the lens of his own experience.
