What happens when a master of Champagne—skilled in the art of blending and assemblage—sets out to create something entirely different? Thus, IWA Sake was born: a union of centuries of Japanese tradition and knowledge, combined with a lifetime’s experience at the forefront of the most storied name in Champagne. The result is some of the most precise, exciting, and gastronomic sake on the market today.
